How do I set up a new user for my organization?

Email with the following information:

  • First and Last name of new user
  • Email address of new user (must be different than others used in the system)
  • Phone number of new user (can be the same as others/main business line if necessary)

Choose one of the following and note that in your request (see explanation below):

  • Include this user on all tickets for my organization
    • If they are set up on all tickets, they will receive notifications for each ticket submitted and be considered a collaborator on each.
  • This user will only access their own tickets
    • If they are set up on just their own, they will only see and receive notifications for their tickets.
